Snapshot
The Ask

Instructors were frequently running into issues with rubrics and question banks, especially during course copies, so I hosted a departmental workshop with College of Business faculty to address pain points and best practices.

Constraints
Complex question bank behavior during course copies
Varied Canvas experience across faculty
Need for reusable, standards-aligned assets
Approach
  1. 1Collected recurring issues from faculty support tickets
  2. 2Designed a live demo workflow for quizzes and question banks
  3. 3Demonstrated reuse strategies for midterms and finals
  4. 4Aligned rubric design to QM standards and objectives
  5. 5Recorded sessions and shared materials post-workshop
